Dr. Nacar is a Doctor of Nursing Practice-prepared, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 11 years of clinical experience. He trained at leading institutions including Kaiser, UCI, and UCLA — and founded MindCare Innovations to make high-quality, individualized psychiatric care accessible to all Californians.
His approach is collaborative and whole-person focused. Rather than treating a diagnosis in isolation, Dr. Nacar integrates medication management, supportive therapy, and lifestyle guidance into a single cohesive treatment plan — tailored to your goals, your values, and your life.
